While 13% doesn't sound like a huge volume to some, there is a huge calling for migraine prevention techniques and the "how to(s)" of this particular ailment.
In medicine, "prevention" is defined as any activity which reduces the burden of mortality or morbidity from disease.
So, how do you go about preventing migraine headaches altogether? Surely anyone who suffers from migraine headaches has investigated this question in one way or another.
Whether it is searching online, visiting the doctor, or calling grandma for her sure-to-work advice.
For some, it can be more difficult than for others.
Some do not like to use medications, and some do not like to use alternative therapies.

Ultimately, we want to prevent migraines! If you are one of the ones who takes the natural route and are interested in preventing migraines for good, learning your trigger or cause is mandatory in migraine headache prevention.
Sometimes, prevention could be as simple as doing yoga or breathing techniques, drinking some caffeine, or even avoiding certain foods or smells.
