Effective Natural Bacne Treatments
Believe it or not, there are natural bacne treatments. And though not all are all that effective, it makes perfect sense that- when trying to get rid of bacne - you try everything that may work in your case. So here are several every day, common treatments for getting rid of bacne or preventing it. Obviously, for some people, these treatments will be all they need, while for others they won't work at all.
The simplest and easiest treatment, and the one that works best for mild to light bacne, is simply washing one's skin. Even if the bacne is severe, though, simple cleaning and exfoliating the skin will help tremendously. Use an anti-bacterial soap, and wash your skin about twice a day. To avoid irritating the skin, avoid over-washing, meaning doing so too often and too vigorously. Also, be sure to shower right after physical activity. Never let the sweat linger or dry on your skin. When sweat is left uncleaned it further clogs the pores of the skin and only worsens your bacne. Lastly, when showering, clean your back with an exfoliating scrub. It helps in giving you the reach to clean the otherwise remote areas of the back and helps in removing the dead layers of the skin, which helps with eliminating scars.
Another treatment is tea tree oil, a product of the paperback trees of Australia. When used right, it helps in killing the bacteria that causes bacne. All you have to do is gently and evenly apply the tea oil to the affected areas. The oil is safe, though some may experience some irritation or discomfort. This isn't usually or typical, but definitely possible.
Yet another treatment is the use of apple cider vinegar. It pretty effectively kills the bacteria that causes bacne, and also absorbs the oils of the skin by balancing the skin's natural pH levels.
To start, use only a small amount of vinegar as a percentage of the treatment - about 1 part vinegar to 8 parts water. Apply this mixture to your skin as best you can. Over time (several weeks most likely) slowly increase the amount of vinegar used until it reaches half and half. Again, beware of any irritation, and discontinue if necessary.
The last treatment is aloe vera. Though aloe vera won't get rid of bacne, it is somewhat effective in reducing the redness and swelling of the skin that bacne involves. It also is beneficial to the healing of bacne scars. To use, apply the aloe vera to the skin after washing. Any aloe vera is fine - whether cream, soap, liquid, or the plant itself.
