- 1). Turn on the PlayStation 3 and scroll to the Game menu on the main menu.
- 2). Scroll down to Saved Data Utility and press the left directional button or press left with the joystick to scroll through the saved games. Scroll to Fallout: New Vegas and press the "Triangle" button.
- 3). Highlight Copy to make a duplicate of the save file on the PS3 hard drive or to copy it to another device, such as a memory stick or external hard drive. A device must be connected to a USB port on the PS3 via a USB cable. It can then be selected after pressing the "X" button to copy the file.
- 4). Highlight Delete and press the "X" button to permanently delete the file from the PS3 hard drive.
