- 1). Thread the resizing die into the press until it contacts the shellholder.
- 2). Loosen the locknut on the top of the die, using a properly sized box-end wrench.
- 3). Pull the expander plug assembly upward with your fingers, to make sure it is loose.
- 4). Apply lube to a primed case, insert it in the shellholder and fully raise the ram.
- 5). Tighten the locknut while holding the ram in the raised position. The die is now adjusted to resize and neck expand, without decapping the case.
