How to Barbeque Tilapia
- 1). Brush each tilapia filet with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place two lemon circles on top of the tilapia.
- 2). Wrap a sheet of foil around each tilapia fillet, and seal the edges of each packet.
- 3). Cook the fish on a medium-high grill for five to six minutes on each side.
- 4). Remove the packets from grill, open and serve. Use caution when opening the packets as the foil will be very hot.
