Click the "Start" button. This is the circular button with the Windows logo.

Go to "Control Panel" and click "Programs."

Click "Turn Windows features on or off." Enter an administrator password when prompted and confirm the password to proceed.

Expand "Printing and Document Services."

Check all the boxes under "Printing and Document Services" to enable all features of Print Management. The options available are: "Distributed Scan Management," "Internet Printing Client," "LPD Print Service," "LPR Port Monitor," and "Windows Fax and Scan."

Click "OK." This adds the print management tool in the "Administrative Tools" of Windows 7.
