How to Dissolve a Nevada Corporation

    • 1). File a Certificate of Dissolution with the Nevada Secretary of State Office. Download certificate of dissolution forms for nonprofit and for-profit corporations from the secretary of state's website. Contact the secretary of state's office at 775-684-5708 to request a hard copy of these forms.

    • 2). File a Notice of Withdrawal if closing a foreign (non-Nevada) corporation with permission to conduct business in Nevada. Download forms from the Nevada Secretary of State website.

    • 3). Complete and send forms to the secretary of state's office along with the appropriate filing fees. Filing fees for nonprofit domestic and foreign corporations are $50.00. Filing fees for domestic and foreign for-profit corporations are $100.00.
