The results were that only twelve people responded to the ad with 120K to start! Two hundred people responded to the ad with 18K to start! The twist here is that the ad was for the same exact position and company in the test.
Do you now see how people restrict themselves from their own limited beliefs? It is crucial to break away from that kind of mentality.
