Zorro is an American action drama series produced by Disney Productions.
The series made its first appearance in a public performance on October 10, 1957 on ABC and ended on June 2, 1959 by completing its seventy-eight episodes.
The series is based on a famous character, Zorro, which has been featured in numerous books, films, television series, and other media.
Zorro appears in a dashing black-clad masked outlaw and defends the people of the land against tyrannical officials and other villains.
Don Diego de la Vega, a former university student, recalled by his father from Spain to home, outside the Los Angeles in order to help fight.
He has won medals for his grill back in Spain, but he decides that his best course of action is to hide his ability with a sword, and to affect the behavior of a milquetoast intellectual rather than a decisive man of action.
Before reaching California, Diego learns the autocracy of Captain Monasterio and realized that his father called him to fight in favor of injustice.
Zorro, the other image of Don Alejandro de la vega, operates at night and takes such actions which can not be taken by Don directly, it sometimes disturbs his relationship with his father.
Don totally depends on his wits, both with and without mask.

Diego Vega is a character name which appears in the writing of Johnston McCulley which is then expanded to Diego de la Vega in Disney versions.

Alejandro is among the richest in California due to his cattle and land holdings and becomes an influential community leader.
Sometimes he faces many problems due to his impulsive nature.
Don Alejandro finally finds the identity of his son, and starts strongly favoring him.
Before starring as Don Alejandro in the Disney Series, co-starred, George J.
Lewis, had a minor role in Ghost of Zorro.
