Well here they are, our shrimp, two ways. First we have our beautiful Prosciutto wrapped shrimp, with orange marmalade, that's served on a bed of baby spinach and topped with chopped nuts, dates and scallions. And then we have our delicious sesame shrimp, lime sesame shrimp with a tangerine soy sauce, a glaze. Served with green beans and topped with a little sesame oil and scallions and I'm going to serve them to my son, Randy, and see how he likes them. There you go Randy. "Thanks mom."
