- 1). Insert the blank DVD-RW disk into your computer's DVD-RW drive, then launch your favorite DVD-writing program.
- 2). Select the "burn files or folders to disk" option. Depending on your software, this option might also be labeled "write files to disk," "Create data disk" or just "build."
- 3). Click the "Browse" button and navigate through the folders on your computer's hard drive until you locate the AVI file(s) you want to burn onto the blank DVD-RW disk.
- 4). Click the "Burn" button after you have made sure that the destination drive is the one containing your blank disk. Your program will now burn the AVI files onto the DVD-RW.
