Once you have mastered the nutrition aspect of your diet, you can also increase your exercise levels.
You can train aerobically in the form of running, walking, jogging, cycling or many other ways.
A good way of doing this is to incorporate your training into your everyday lifestyle.
For example, instead of driving to the shops, walk.
Riding your bike to work is another good example.
