Sherrilyn Kenyon Dark Hunter - Explore the Series

Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series is one of my favorites.
I can pull any book and enjoy reading it no matter how many times I have read it before.
These almost larger than life, but flawed, heroes have a way of capturing my attention.
The Heroes A Sherrilyn Kenyon Dark Hunter is not your average hero.
They are immortal and sworn protectors of mankind, but they're also soulless.
You see they don't just volunteer to become a hunter.
Becoming this soulless protector is the price they pay for an act of vengeance.
That's the one thing they all have in common; they were all horribly wronged.
It's also the first clue that these aren't your perfect heroes.
The Goddess Artemis is a major character in the Sherrilyn Kenyon Dark Hunter series.
This Greek Goddess is responsible for making the hunters.
Don't make the mistake of thinking she did it out of the goodness of her heart though; she didn't.
Artemis has a major weakness and these soulless protectors are her way of keeping tabs on it.
She isn't the only piece of Greek mythology, or mythology in general, to show up in the books.
Kenyon takes mythology and makes it an active part of the modern world for these stories.
A Personal Note By the second book in this series I was hooked.
I, admittedly, have become addicted to the Dark Hunters.
I have purchased and read, at least twice, every book.
Heroes are always better when they aren't so perfect and the mixture of mythology, magic, and modern times just draws me in.
