Law of Attraction - The Beginning of Creation Or the Creation of a Beginning

Whatever we think about or ponder is the beginning of that experience to be created or manifest into our experience, certainly mentally at first, don't you think? I mean we can actually make ourselves sick by thinking it! We can make ourselves sick in a few hours if we have something that we don't really want to do, can't we? It seems that we can manifest negative things much quicker than we can manifest the positive ones.
Why is this? The answer is most of our minds in the world today are truly programmed for negativity, we can't help it; we don't know any better.
The little voice in our heads (our ego voice) chatters continuously all day long, it replays events (pretty darned nearly all negative ones) over and over and over for us all day.
All of this chatter creates great emotion within us at times and of course emotion equals a vibration that we are sending out; sending out to the universe within as well as the universe without.
This sending out of emotion, harmonizes with 'like' emotions and returns more and more of the same emotion to us, over and over and over until we change our thoughts.
So, this then becomes our point of attraction; in effect it becomes our core vibration and we draw a lot of negative experiences to us simply because of all this mental chatter.
In fact the voice in our heads can really drive us to distraction can't it? We lose focus, make mistakes, create accidents or it can drive us to drink heavily! Do you suppose if we could make that little voice chatter to us about "positive" things over and over and over, that we could become so focused that we always made the right choices, never made mistakes? Well, it's a thought! And as Mike Dooley, one of my mentors says "Thoughts become things!" If we wish to make that voice become positive it really only takes a decision on our part, but that decision must be a real burning desire for change within ourselves.
It really is simple, but it does require commitment and repetition.
We can become anything we desire but we must first accept the commitment to becoming aware of the thoughts we carry around with us each moment of our lives; we must become the guardian of our own minds.
We must be calm amidst the turmoil that brews in the world outside of us; and we can do that.
We must be willing to.
