- 1). Lay the piece of construction paper in front of you with the long edges on the left and right.
- 2). Fold the paper in half by bringing the top edge down to meet the bottom edge. A crease will now be at the top.
- 3). Bring the top corners of the folded piece of paper toward the center of the page and crease them to form two triangles.
- 4). Fold the bottom flap of the paper up and crease it where it meets the base of the two triangles.
- 5). Flip the piece of paper over and repeat Step 4.
- 6). Draw a skull and crossbones on one side of the hat with the white marker. Display the skull and crossbones on the front of the hat when you wear it.
