Patti Gottwein - National and International Figure Skating and Ice Dance Coach
Coach of Ice Dance Champions:
Patti Gottwein is a figure skating coach based in Colorado. She has coached national ice dance champions and also has coached students who have competed and medaled internationally.
Early Skating:
Gottwein grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and began skating there as a child.

Coaching History:
Patti Gottwein began coaching figure skating in 1984. Over thirty skaters have passed the Senior Moves in the Field tests or Gold Dance tests under Gottwein's instruction.

Coach of One of the First National Solo Dance Champions:
In 2009, the first National Solo Ice Dance Championships took place in Colorado. Patti Gottwein coached the 2009 National Silver Solo Dance Champion, Paolina Bushur.
International Figure Skating Coach:
Gottwein's students have qualified, competed, won, and medaled in both the Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating and in the Grand Prix of Figure Skating events.
Honors:
- Member of the US Figure Skating Dance Committee since 1996
- Nominated for PSA Professional Skaters Association Developmental Coach of the Year in 2005
- Selected to represent the USA at the ISU International Skating Union coaches seminar in Morzine, France in 1995
