• The terms may differ greatly from venue to venue or from talent to talent, and may include items such as Internet or telephone services, times that the facility is available for use, and a list of unusual items from the talent, such as specific foods and beverages.
  
  

Obligations

• Additional terms including marketing and promotion requirements may be included to ensure minimum ticket sales. Producers are normally required to be on-site with the talent, to ensure that the talent is satisfied with arrangements the day of the event.
  
  

Compensation

• The event production agreement outlines the terms of payment between the talent and the producer. Compensation may be dependent upon sales revenues or on terms written by the talent. Payment terms vary greatly based upon the popularity of the talent and the responsibilities of the producer.
