- 1). Turn on the Samsung and press the left soft key at the top of the menu to access the menu screen.
- 2). Select "Settings" from the list of options in the menu screen.
- 3). Select "Reset Settings" from the list of options that appear on screen.
- 4). Select the settings you would like to reset. You can select "All," "Sound Settings," "Display Settings" or "Phone Settings."
- 5). Press the "OK" key, then press the left soft key.
- 6). Enter your password when prompted using the keypad. If you never chose a password, the default password is "0000."
- 7). Press the left soft key and the phone settings will reset.
