- 1). Press and hold down the red "End/Hang Up" button. The phone will switch off. Unplug the charger if it is connected.
- 2). Turn the phone over so you can see the back.
- 3). Press down the battery cover release button located on top of the ROKR Z6. Carefully lift the cover off the back of the phone.
- 4). Slip a fingernail down the side of the battery. Carefully pry it up and out of the phone.
- 5). Gently press down on top of the SIM card with your finger; slide it out into the space previously occupied by the battery and set it aside.
- 6). Push down on the retainer tab holding the memory card in place. Carefully slide the memory card out of the phone. Some models of ROKR Z6 will not have a memory card.
