- 1). Contact your service provider's customer service department and request the subsidy unlock code.
- 2). Turn off the V360. Remove the battery and SIM card.
- 3). Insert the SIM card from a different carrier and replace the battery.
- 4). Turn the phone on and enter the subsidy unlock code. Press "OK" to unlock the Motorola V360 for use on any network.
