Even the best acne treatment will not get rid of your acne if its up against self-destroying and acne inducing habits.
Too many people believe in a miracle cure.
When they find what they believe to be the best acne treatment product, they immediately assume it will work overnight and that as a result they no longer have to worry about what was causing their acne in the first place.
Yet imagine if you could, in addition to utilizing the best acne treatment, further that effect by simply altering certain acne inducing factors in your life.

However, in order to get the ball rolling here is just a few tips that have helped me decrease my stress levels: (i) meditation: 5-10 minutes a day will help you block out everything and everyone bar yourself and give you some breathing space (ii) Less caffeine: if you drink about 4 cups of coffee or 4 energy drinks a day, trust me when I tell you that they do not help in the long term-they just increase your stress levels.
Now, after you have made a plan on how to get rid of your stress, the last thing you need is to spend copious amounts of time researching the best acne treatment-that will only reactivate your stress levels.
