Quite possibly one of the most famous women to ever have breast implants, Pamela Anderson's breast size seemed to increase in size in line with her increase in fame. Whilst the size of Pamela's assets were a taking point when she starred in the TV series Baywatch, alongside David Hasselhoff, later in 1999 Pam decided to remove the implants that she'd put in previously. Whilst George was comfortable and relaxed talking about his cosmetic surgery procedure, he joins a growing group of celebrities who are more open to discussing the plastic surgery procedures that they have had done. Whilst some celebrities shroud themselves in secret and deny ever having any surgical work carried out, others do not see any problem in being upfront and open. Ultimately it's unlikely anybody is going to think any less of George Clooney for having some plastic surgery carried out, in fact he is likely to gain more support from people for being honest about it.
