- 1). Open Norton 360 and click on "Settings" at the top of the main window.
- 2). Uncheck the "Backup" option beneath the "Quick Controls" list on the right. If you wish to turn on backups in the future, simply check the "Backup" option again.
- 3). Click "Close" to save your settings.
