      First you will need to collect 250 Dandelion's to make your Dandelion Syrup. Make sure you are picking Dandelions that are free of weed killer or any other poisons that may be put on lawns.

    • 2). Once you have collected your Dandelions you will need to remove the Dandelion heads from the stems. Make sure all the leaves and stems are removed and you have the nice Dandelion heads left.

    • 3). Add all your dandelion heads to a large pot. Add lemon juice from one lemon to the pot along with four cups of water.

    • 4). Bring contents of pot to a boil reduce heat and allow to simmer with the pot covered for one full hour.

    • 5). Remove the pot from the heat and allow the dandelion syrup mixture to sit overnight.

    • 6). Drain the Dandelion syrup mixture to remove the dandelion heads making sure to save the liquid. Return the liquid portion of the mixture to the pot and disregard the dandelion heads.

    • 7). Add two cups of sugar to the dandelion syrup liquid.

    • 8). Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat and allow your dandelion syrup to simmer with the pot covered for an hour and a half or until desired consistence. Stirring occasionally.

    • 9). Once done you can store the Dandelion Syrup in the refrigerator, make sure the container is tightly sealed.
