- 1). Go to the Symantec website (See Resources). Complete the form with your user information and click "Submit."
- 2). Go to the Norton Account login page (See Resources). Enter your email address and password, then click "Sign In."
- 3). Select "Automatic Renewal." Uncheck the check box to disable the automatic renewal for your Norton AntiVirus software. Click "Update."
- 4). Contact customer service. Call (800) 441-7234 and confirm with a customer representative whether your Norton Virus Protection has been canceled.
