What is freedom? It means a lot of different things to different people. Some people see freedom as owning a major piece of the corporate pie, having made their stake in life, being a force to be reckoned with. Others are simply happy working for someone else, paying off a modest home and spending some time with family.
Freedom. One word defined many different ways, a metaphor for what brings joy and happiness to someone. Is freedom easy? Most people would say no unless they face a handsome trust fund from Dad. Many of us struggle to "make it", to seek out our role in the world, which is just another way of saying that we're trying to discover who we are. It's easy for some. Some grow up to be lawyers and some grow up to be represented by them. For others however, it takes time as it did for me. Life has a plan for everyone but sometimes that plan isn't ready right away for some of us. Hard for most to accept that when people's perception of patience is defined by wanting something they desire yesterday. You need to be ready and when you are the doors open for you.
There's nothing wrong with trial and error or in my case a lot of trial and a lot of error. It's not an easy road at times but it definitely adds character and you learn your lessons faster than getting them from a text book. The most important thing that I tell people today is "your perception defines your future". It simply means that you shape your future with the thoughts you create. If you know you will be rich one day, you will. If you're worried about making enough for the rent at the end of the month, you will make the rent but not much more.
One of the greatest motivational things that I EVER saw in my life was entitled "The Secret". I encourage anyone and everyone to watch and apply its teachings. I did and my life was never the same. Again, it all starts with you. So, how do you reach financial freedom? If you're there, great. If not, do you have a plan to reach that freedom? Have you written down any goals? When I started to explore the idea of making money with the internet, Believe me, I had no idea where to begin. Who does, unless you went to school and trained for online business/marketing, web design and so on. The internet is sooo vast and if you're a novice, you're lost in a dark forest, fresh out of bread crumbs on where to start like I was. Countless so called gurus are out there waiting for fresh blood to enter cyberspace and snap their trap. "Hey you could make $10,000 in 10 days with my award winning proven system for only $49.95". By the way, you know that won't work right?
So where now? What do I do? Where do I go? Who's good? Who's bad? Who's Ugly? Well, the answer lies in 3 words. "Do your research". Research takes time and effort on your part...but it's free. Paying for a quick rich program is not. Patience is an asset people. We are living in an extraordinary time, a time of wealth and prosperity for those searching. Be cautious on your journey to success. I wish you all the luck there is give so that you're able to make the dreams for you and your family a reality.
