Here’s a scarecrow that’s anything but scary. In fact, this sweet guy will have kids flocking to the table to greet him. This dessert can also be the centerpiece at a scarecrow-themed party, or the fun food you bring to your next fall event.

- Cake mix.
- White frosting.
- Bundt cake pan.
- Two waffle bowls.
- Candy corn.
- Shredded wheat cereal.
- Bake the cake in the bundt pan according to the recipe instructions.
- Allow cake to cool. Remove it from the pan and frost with the white frosting.
- Place one waffle bowl, upside down, on the center of the cake.
- Break up the second waffle bowl into pieces and arrange them around the waffle bowl hat.
- Arrange several pieces of candy corn to appear as strands of hair (hay) sticking out from beneath the waffle bowl hat.
- Use two shredded wheat cereal pieces to form the eyes, and a piece of candy corn as the nose.
