    Traditional Mustard Sauce

    • Here's a perfect sauce if you're serving cold salmon: ¼ cup Dijon mustard, 1 tsp. ground dry mustard, 3 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1/3 cup olive oil and 3 tbsp. chopped fresh dill.

    Sweet Mustard Sauce

    • For fried chicken try a sweet sauce of ½ cup Dijon mustard, ½ cup honey, 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.

    Creamy Mustard Sauce

    • To dress up a burger, this recipe is quick and easy: ½ cup spicy brown mustard, ¼ to 1/3 cup of sour cream and 2 to 3 tbsp. of chopped fresh dill.

    Creole Mustard Sauce

    • With fried vegetables serve this Southern favorite: ¼ tsp. each of Creole seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder; 3 tbsp. Creole mustard, 2 tsp. dry ranch dressing mix, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 3 tsp. hot sauce, 2/3 cup sour cream and salt to taste.
