Tinnitus - Can It Be Cured? How Do I Get Relief?
Tinnitus has no cure...
but that doesn't mean you can't get rid of it.
The effects of tinnitus can in fact be reversed to the point where you no longer suffer the ringing and buzzing that constantly plagues your ears.
While there is no medical cure or magic drug that will cure your tinnitus, there are things that you can do and adjustments you can make in your life that can actually reverse the effects of tinnitus to the point that you no longer notice that you even have it.
Here are a few of the things I tried out back when I was really suffering from tinnitus.
Definitely avoid loud noises and loud places.
Loud noises will only aggravate your tinnitus causing you to suffer more.
If you have to be in a loud place, or even if you are just sitting at home, wear ear plugs.
The silence can help sooth your ears and mind.
Stay healthy.
Get lots of exercise, plenty of sleep, and eat right.
You may not think this is important to a problem in your ears, but a healthy body fights 100% stronger than a weak body, no matter what the problem is.
Certain things such as caffeine, alcohol, and tobacco have been noted to aggravate one's tinnitus.
If you find your tinnitus reacts to these things, be sure to avoid them.
Certain foods have also been found to aggravate tinnitus in some people.
Pay attention to your diet and if your tinnitus flares up after a meal, eliminate the culprit food from your diet.
