How to Replace Baker's Chocolate With Chocolate Chips
- 1). Select chocolate chips made from the same type of chocolate as the Baker's Chocolate you are replacing. For example, use a semi-sweet chocolate chip to replace semi-sweet Baker's Chocolate.
- 2). Place a bowl on a kitchen scale and reset the scale to zero.
- 3). Pour chocolate chips into the bowl and weigh out 1 ounce of chocolate chips for each 1 ounce square of Baker's chocolate you are replacing. Use the chocolate chips in the same way as you would the chocolate square.
