How do I Install Waterstone Standard Faucets?
- 1). Place the escutcheon and the washer onto the shank of the faucet. The escutcheon should be placed on the shank first so that the clear vinyl is underneath.
- 2). Place the shank of the Waterstone faucet into the sink hole. Under the sink, place the large steel washer onto the shank of the faucet. Place the locknut on the shank and tighten it with a wrench. This will lock the faucet into place so that it does not move.
- 3). Connect the water to the Waterstone faucet. Place a compression nut over the end of the water supply tube. The ferrule has two ends, a wide end and a long tapered end. Slide the long tapered end of the ferrule onto the end supply. Approximately 1/4 inches of tubing should extend past the ferrule once it is on the tube. Slip the tubing that is left on the end of the supply tube into the bottom of the faucet shank. Slowly tighten the compression nut with a wrench.
