How to Reduce Stress and Anxiety Fast

103 6
Maybe the relationship was over for a while and there is someone better out there for you.
Learn from the mistakes and experience.
Tell yourself that losing your job does not mean that you are not smart enough or capable of finding another one, or that your baby is not going to remain a baby for long so enjoy this time together.
These sorts of problems open doors and make room for us to grow stronger.
Staying positive and surrounding your self with positive people will help.
Time Management Being organised is just one of the secret keys to becoming stress free.
By managing your time well and delegating where possible, you will find that you will begin to relax and create more time for the things you enjoy.
It is extremely important to make time for yourself.
Planning is another way to reduce stress and anxiety.
Make a list of things you need to get done either the night before or early in the morning when you are enjoying your favourite beverage.
Prioritise your list and work through the tasks in the order you chose.
What you don't get done can go on tomorrow's list and so on.
Only you can decide which tasks to prioritise and which ones to delegate.
Healthy Behaviour Patterns Instead of choosing self-destructive behaviour like binge-eating or binging on alcohol, the key is to take exceptional care of your self.
Find and partake in activities you enjoy.
Maybe long bubble baths an afternoon nap, a walk along the beach, see a movie that will make you laugh.
Have a massage or go dancing.
Whatever takes your fancy, just DO IT and feel the difference it makes to your well being.
Remember, you have the power to change anything by changing the way you look at your problems and the actions you take.
Positive behaviour = positive results.
Quiet Time I know for a fact that this works because I practice it every day.
I live with teenagers.
"Need I say anymore.
" Life is extremely fast paced these days.
Setting aside some quiet time is not only beneficial but a MUST if you are to become de stressed.
The benefits of quiet time are enormous.
Do whatever you like or don't do anything at all.
Just do it by yourself and experience the calm.
Some ideas that you can try are waking up early and going for a walk while the air is still cool and fresh.
Having a coffee by yourself, reading a book in bed or at the park, going shopping without the kids...
Pure Bliss! Learn to say NO.
Family and friends can sometimes put many demands on your time if you keep saying yes.
Over a period of time you will become over committed, and the pattern continues.
