Burn Fat X 10 Review - 3 Things I Like and 1 Thing I Don"t
I was lucky to receive a copy of Burn Fat X 10, the fat loss program by Bill Hebson and Dan Robey.
I wanted to write about it on my health and fitness site.
Once I got my copy, I started reading it and did some of the exercises that the program recommends.
In the course of my review of Burn Fat X 10, I found a lot of things that I absolutely loved but I also saw one thing that I don't like.
I want to share both the good and bad things that I found in this program so you'll have a full picture of this program.
Bear in mind that this is merely my opinion, a lot of people say great things about this program.
I also like it because I think it can provide results.
I just want you to have the complete picture.
Things I like about Burn Fat X 10 1.
All the workouts are shown in high quality videos - I like how the workouts are presented in this program.
It makes it easy to follow through with all the exercises and to do them properly.
It's also great that the videos are planted inside the workout manual itself so you can read the descriptions and watch the videos side to side.
2.
Workouts are divided between men and women - While most exercises will prove similarly effective for both men and women, I like how there are workouts which feature a female model and others with male models.
Women may have different goals than men do when it comes to toning their body, so this division may be useful for many readers.
3.
Motivation is key - Dan Robey, co-author of Burn Fat X 10, is a self-development and motivation expert.
His part of the program consists of excellent advice on how to create better lifestyle habits and how to remain motivated on your weight loss process.
This part will prove useful for many people, especially those of you who have failed with other diets in the past.
Thing I don't like 1.
Calorie controlled diet - I'm not naive to believe that a diet plan can succeed without some sort of calorie control.
However, I lost weight without counting calories and I don't like this concept very much.
I approve more of making smart food choices and working out hard.
In Burn Fat X 10, there are calorie recommendations that may lead to faster results but also make it harder to stick to the program.
With such effective exercises as this program offers, I think that you'll be able to lose fat even without following these rather strict calorie recommendations.
Overall, this is a highly effective program which can help you get excellent results.
