All About TheRack DVD Workouts - Learn More Before You Buy

105 1
You've probably seen the infomercial for this compact all-in-one gym and are wanting to know more about it. TheRack weighs anywhere from 23-30 lbs depending on if you get the cheaper or more expensive model. The cheaper model can support 250 lbs while the more expensive one can handle up to 300 lbs. There are many different bodyweight exercises that can be done on it. These include: lunges, squats, dips, pull-ups, push-ups, ab rollouts, and more. It can also be handled similar to a barbell or a dumbbell for weightlifting exercises. You can do back rows for building a stronger back, shoulder presses for powerful shoulders, bicep curls for bigger biceps, and more.

Since many people don't have the slightest clue how to create a workout program (that's what personal trainers are for right?) there's a set of workout DVDs that are included. Also included is a workout schedule and a nutrition guide. If you want to lose weight, watching what you eat isn't just recommended, it's a necessity. Otherwise you'll be sweating and pushing yourself without seeing weight loss in the mirror. So if you want to lose weight and eat better, then follow the nutrition guide. It's in there for a reason.

The workout DVDs include: an Intro DVD; Totally Ripped on TheRack; Fat Shredder; Big Arm Blast; Explosive Chest, Shoulders and Back; Ripped Abs; Into the Zone; and if you got the bonus DVDs you'll also get The Next Level and Bartendaz Workout. Each DVD serves a different purpose. Here's a bit about them.

Intro DVD - Self explanatory. This one shows you how it all works.
