- 1). Visit the MyADT website (see Resources).
- 2). Enter your username and password and hit "Enter" or "Return" on your keyboard to access your account's personal information.
- 3). Click on "PIC" to find your personal identification code.
- 4). Call ADT if you do not have your PIC available and have not already created an account at MyADT (see Resources). Speak to the ADT customer service representative and ask for your account's PIC; the representative will provide you with this information after you verify that you are the account holder and a customer with ADT.
