Via Link Popularity Tools

• 1). Visit a website that allows you to check link popularity. A few websites that allow you to check link popularity for free are SubmitExpress, SEO Centro and PageRank.
  
  
• 2). Search for your site's link popularity. Type your domain name into the designated "URL" field. For example, enter "http://www.yourdomainname.com."
  
  
• 3). Review the results of your search. You will see a list of all websites that are linking to your website. Depending on the site you are using, the link popularity results may be sent to your email address.
  
  
• 4). Click each individual website that is listed in the link popularity results to determine whether or not your site is being iFramed.
