Cutout Snowflakes

• Fold a circle of construction or foil paper or fabric in half three times. You might also use a coffee filter or other precut circular paper object. Cut the pointed tip off and then cut out a series of small triangles or other shapes from both sides. Unfold the circle. Tweak your snowflake by making freehand cuts where you see fit, and spread glitter on both sides.
  
  

Craft Stick Snowflakes

• Cut a triangular point on the ends of three craft sticks. Paint both sides of these and four other sticks white with streaks of light blue. In the middle of a horizontal, pointed craft stick, glue on the second and then the third in an "X" form. Cut the extra sticks into shorter pieces, and glue them on in any pattern. Sprinkle glitter along both sides of the snowflake, and glue on feathers, small gems or other decorations.
  
  

Pasta Snowflakes

• Glue together several types of pasta noodles, such as rotini, pinwheel, elbow, penne or fettucini, to form a snowflake. Strengthen thin pasta by gluing together several strips. Cover both sides of the snowflake with glitter spray paint.
