- 1). Go to the Nevada Legislature's online Nevada Law Library. On the homepage, links to the Nevada Revised Statutes are at the top of the right column.
- 2). Click the "Search" link and enter the preferred topic of interest. For example, if you are interested in the guardianship of minors, type this into the dialog box and click the "Search" button.
- 3). Review the query listings. The sample search retrieves Chapter 159, "Guardianships." Click on this Chapter link to retrieve all the sections in the Chapter. The titles of all the sections are displayed at the top of the webpage, with links to the text of the sections below. You can browse the titles for sections of interest. For example, sections 159.023, 159.061, 159.186, 159.205, and 159.215 all have to do with guardianships of minors.
