To produce effective blog content, start with what you did, what you are doing, or what you will be doing.
Get yourself into the mindset that everything is blog content.
When you think this way, it makes it easy to never run out of topics.
Consider also that you don't have to be committed to 500 or 1000 words every time you post.
When you look at your environment, you will notice that you can offer so much blog content.
Some examples of good blog content include photos and videos of events, people, places and things.
Tagging photos of people and property are also considered content.
Other options are videos and quotes from people - dead or alive.
Even a small 200 word post that has makes a point can be effective.
Don't get bogged down, however, trying to write the great American novel on your blog site.
Whatever you're doing, and whichever audience you're reaching, there are plenty of topics inside of your community to be writing about and taking pictures.
There are so many opportunities to find blog content.
Part of your blog content comes from understanding your market audience to begin with and then considering who is your ideal prospect.
When you decide what information you'll be sharing, then you can set up alerts to find out when there's online activity around your blog.
You can get information from almost any place besides online - in the paper, in magazines - and then share it.
Research your local sources about the topic.
Just sharing information is key, and the more you do it, the better will become at writing blog content.
Often, information that you're around every day is useful to other people.
