Did you know the Soviet Union banned microwave ovens in 1976? Yet over 90% of homes in America use microwave ovens each and everyday to prepare their meals.
Let's face it.
They are energy efficient and very convenient compared to the conventional ovens.
2-5 minutes and your meal is fully prepared.
Here are 8 reasons why you should consider using microwaves much less.
1.
Eating microwaved foods can cause electrical impulses in the brain, thus leading to possible brain damage.
2.
Our bodies do not know how to break down products created in microwaved food.
3.
Hormones in males and females is altered from the microwaves.
4.
Vitamin & nutrients are altered.
5.
Minerals in vegetables changes into cancerous radicals.
6.
It causes stomach and intestinal cancers.
7.
Immune system deficiencies.
8.
Loss of memory, concentration, and decrease in intelligence.
Some other prime examples of how dangerous microwaves are can be seen in this incident dating back to 1991 in Oklahoma.
A surgery patient had a simple blood transfusion that ended up taking her life.
The hospital couldn't figure what exactly happened until they looked into the incident further and found out that the nurse had warmed the blood by putting it into the microwave.
Blood for transfusions are typically warmed, but not in Microwaves.
In the case of this surgery patient, microwaving the blood changed the characteristics of the blood and killed her.
Americans use microwaves every single day.
It is so hard not to use microwaves to prepare your foods.
My recommendation is to use it less on a daily occurrence.
It might just save your life.
