Bankruptcy

• Most bankruptcy cases move along without any incidences. The debtor files the bankruptcy petition. The bankruptcy trustee oversees the case, finds that the debtor has no assets to sell, conducts the first meeting of creditors and recommends that the bankruptcy court discharge the debtor's debts. However, in some cases, a creditor will not allow the discharge of the debt owed to him by the debtor to proceed without a legal battle.
