Have you ever gone to a website and looked at a great picture of the so-called employees of the company and noted that there is one white person, one black person, one Hispanic person, one Asian person, and equal amounts of men and women in the photo? Thing something makes you think; "hmm, I think I've seen that picture before," and then it dawns on you that the photo is just clip art, and the company is just trying to do its part to prove it is politically correct? Interestingly enough, this is a form of lying and misrepresentation, pretending to be something they are not.
Almost like when companies claim to be; "Green and Environmentally Friendly," when we all know they aren't.
Folks need to stop the race swapping nonsense on their company Internet image.
Why? Well, for starters it is causing companies to try to copy this theme and hire one of each type of nationality, rather than the best person for the job, the most qualified.
Subtly this is causing a false reality in society to come true, and it is indeed, causing the law of unintended consequences.
For instance, let's say an African American company owner notices that they don't happen to have any white employees, so one day a white person walks in who is less qualified than a Mexican American applicant, the black business owners says;

Hmm, well I better hire the white guy even though they don't have the qualifications because otherwise I might look like a racist.
"

Do you see the problem now? Well, it's real and we need to stop this nonsense.
The best qualified available person for the job should be hired regardless of their race or the need for a token white person working in the company.
Please consider all this.
