Got a US Airways problem? Get Action!
Sometimes, things just don't go right. Especially when it comes to travel. Luckily, most of the airplane flights that I've taken recently have gone well. But that's not always the case. Whether it's a delayed flight, a problem with your seat, or a problem with service, business travelers sometimes need to reach out to their airline to have them resolve an issue.
That's why I've pulled together some tips for business travelers flying on US Airways for contacting US Airways to a problem resolved or to lodge a complaint.
These days, most airlines are more willing to listen to customers and are often willing to help resolve an issue that you might have had.
If you have a problem, issue, or complaint about an experience on US Airways, here's what you need to do. First, make sure you have all the basic information on your flight, including:
- your name and address
- ticket number and/or confirmation number
- travel info (dates, times, cities from and to, flight numbers)
- details on the issue or problem
Once you have all that information, you should contact US Airways in whatever way works best for you. You can start by calling their customer service number. If you love paper, you can also send an old-fashioned letter. But for faster service, it's usually worth sending an email to US Airways with the details above. Generally, it will take about three or four business days for the airline to get back to you.
