How to Cancel a BBB Complaint
- 1). Go to the Better Business Bureau official website. Click "Find a BBB."
- 2). Enter the zip code, city and state where the business that you filed the complaint about is located. Click "Submit" to access the contact information of the BBB processing that complaint.
- 3). Call, email or visit the BBB office during business hours to cancel your complaint. Provide the BBB with the name and address of the business, details of the complaint and your reason for canceling it.
