- 1). Cut a small semi-circle out of red craft foam, and roll it around in a circle until it forms the shape of a cone Santa hat. You may have to try a few different sized semi-circles until you get your ideal Santa hat.
- 2). Place the lollipop upside down with the stick pointing up, and glue the craft foam Santa hat onto the top portion of the upside down lollipop near the base of where the stick meets the candy. Your Santa hat should be tall enough to cover up the entire stick of the lollipop.
- 3). Glue two wiggly craft eyes onto the front of the lollipop underneath the brim of the Santa hat.
- 4). Apply a tiny red pom pom with glue to the front of the lollipop beneath the wiggly eyes.
- 5). Shred a few pieces of cotton balls into wispy strands, and glue them onto the front of the lollipop to form the beard of your Santa.
- 6). Use glue to apply a thin layer of shredded cotton around the bottom of the red Santa hat, and a small white cotton ball on the very top of the hat. Visit the Resources section below for more information on other Christmas crafts.
