Coming up with a place to have a birthday party can be tricky. You want to select a place which represents you or the birthday person, while at the same time finding a place that is fun where all your guests will have a good time. (Not to mention selecting a new venue the guests have not been a million times.) If you live in Nebraska, there are some excellent venues for a birthday party. Simply decide what works for the size of the group and the amount of money you want to spend. - Children naturally have a lot of energy. Throw in some cake and soda loaded with sugar and that energy seems to compound exponentially. One place to burn off the energy is at the Lincoln Children's Museum. Located in the capital of Lincoln, Nebraska, the museum offers kids the opportunity to let their imagination run wild as they play in everything from an indoor apple tree to an indoor hot air balloon. They can roam from the red room to the blue room where every object is that respective color. They also offer a special package for birthday parties where visitors can pick a theme to their party and have a private room to themselves for an entire hour.

For instance, the Nebraska Cornhuskers offer group sales to their football games. You can make a day of the event by securing tickets, showing up early and having a tail-gate birthday party in the parking lot. Bring Nebraska Cornhusker themed plates, napkins, banners and signs and share great food and beverages with family and friends. You can even top off the event with a pre-game Nebraska Cornhusker cake before you enter the game to see the Cornhuskers take on their latest rival.
