- 1). Place the Hot Wheels car you want to customize onto a sheet of newspaper.
- 2). Heat up a hot glue gun for at least five minutes.
- 3). Collect parts from other Hot Wheels cars, such as doors, headlights, windows or wheels.
- 4). Squeeze hot glue onto the area of your car that you want to add on an extra part, then press the part onto the car. Hold it in place until the hot glue cools. Repeat this process until you have glued on all of the extra parts you prefer.
- 5). Paint the outside of the Hot Wheels car with acrylic paint.
- 6). Sprinkle glitter over the wet paint, then allow the paint to dry. Shake off the excess glitter before playing with the custom Hot Wheels car.
