More On Massive Action

103 12
Why do most people's New Year's Resolutions fail? In most cases it's because someone doesn't actually take action.
Stop saying "I Can't" and start saying "How Can I.
" If you are one of those people...
it's something you can change.
You can easily make that change with the tools and strategies given to you.
The two quickest ways to take massive action: 1.
Get out of your own way.
As good as your own intentions are...
you are usually the one responsible for not moving very quickly.
Whether you have one hour a day or one day a week set aside for planning and marketing, you need to get it arranged and out of your hands.
Don't wait till next week to do the tasks you have on your desk today.
If you have to pay someone to get everything in place...
then it's money well spent.
Most things can be put on auto-pilot once they get put in motion the first time.
Done is all that matters.
Which brings me to #2 2.
Consider a 1 Day Practice Makeover.
Someone once asked how a person can charge such premium fees for memberships and 1 Day Office Makeover.
Simply put...
results and ROI.
If you pay someone to come get you going as fast as possible and you end up making an additional 10-20k in the first 30 days...
is that wise? What about if...
after that first 30 days...
everything is running on auto-pilot and you continue to earn an additional 10k every month after that? Does that make sense? You spent maybe 10k and you end up with 100k plus.
That's the type of ROI most can deal with.
That's the value that those members see with the 1 Day Visits.
That's why members have them return again the next year.
This is the time of year for the Flex Plans and other Benefits that need to get used.
One of the quickest and most effective ways to make sure your patients are using them with you is to remind them.
One of the most effective ways of reminding them is by phone.
Then you want to follow up with a well written postcard.
2 steps is always better than 1.
I know what you're thinking...
I don't have the staff to call all of my patients to remind them.
I'm here to tell you that you can.
Use voice broadcast!!!
