There are some days that we all just need a little more time.
Sometimes we don't have the option of preparing a long meal.
Here are a couple of quick and delicious dishes that will save you time.
Creamy Pasta & Mushroom 1 pound of boneless and skinless chicken, cut into 1 inch chunks (do this ahead of time if you need to) 1 medium onion, chopped 1 14 ounce can of diced tomatoes with mushrooms 1 10 ounce can of cream of mushroom condensed soup 1 cup of frozen green peas, thawed 8 ounces of rigatoni, cooked according to package.

Cook chicken and onion in a large non-stick skillet on medium high until it's not pink.

Blend in the tomatoes and soup and heat though.

Stir in the peas 4.
Pour over the hot pasta and stir well.
5.
Season to taste.
Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top if you wish.
One Pot Pasta Primavera Two cups of uncooked bite size pasta 1 tomato, chopped 1 cup of baby spinach 1/2 cup of chopped green onions 1/4 cup of light ranch dressing 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese 1.
Cook pasta according to the package directions.

Add in the ranch dressing 3.
Toss the hot pasta with tomatoes, spinach and onions.

Add in the shredded cheese.
Parmesan-Basil Chicken Salad 3/4 - 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/3 cup of chopped onion or celery 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of finely chopped basil leaves or 1 teaspoon of dried basil leaves, crushed 4 cups of cut up cooked chicken 1.
In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, onion or celery, Parmesan cheese and basil.

Stir in the chicken.
3.
Chill until it's ready to be served.
