- 1). Launch Photoshop and open your image document. Select “Window,” then “Options” to open the Options panel if it is not visible.
- 2). Click the “Custom Shape Tool” icon on the Tools panel. Another tool may be displayed, such as the Rectangle or Ellipse tool. Press on the icon until the menu appears and select the tool.
- 3). Click on the “Shape” field in the Options panel. Click the arrow on the right side. Choose “All” from the menu to populate the Shapes window with all available shapes.
- 4). Scroll the Shapes window until the solid “Splatter” shape is displayed. Double-click the icon and drag in the window using the left mouse to draw the splatter.
